Before I purchased my new investment property in Moorebank, I had Serge come out and carry out Stage-1 of his approval process, so that he could identify whether I'd get approval and to identify any issues. It turns out there was a sewer mains nearby which threatened to stop the conversion. Serge diligently researched the previous garage approval with Sydney Water and hence was able to avoid any encasement fees. This saved me over $7,000 and probably saved the sale as well.
